I really like this podcast for a multitude of reasons! But what I really love is the diversity of topics covered by Kurt and Deanna. In lieu of what seems often like a dark world they do not just tell you to have hope but they empower you with actionable steps to have hope. Science 100 percent backs the mental and physical reality of improved health through optimism. We have long known this truth but now it’s nice to have the tools to cultivate this mindset!
