Easy Peasy Teriyaki Sauce - Our Fav!

The CoupleyFit Fam had our DM’s blowing up on Instagram this morning after we posted a photo of our dinner highlighting the Quorn Meatless Chicken Pieces in a homemade Teriyaki sauce - one of Kurt’s faves!

By popular demand, here is the easiest teriyaki sauce you will ever make! Once created, add this sauce to the Quorn Meatless Chicken Pieces and cook on medium for 12 minutes. To complete the dish, incorporate Chinese-inspired toppings like edamame, shaved carrots, even broccoli!

As we think about this dish, our mouths are beginning to water. Kurt felt like he was eating out at a Chinese restaurant, which is saying a lot coming from a picky eater. Instead of chicken, we went plant based with Quorn Chicken Pieces (check them out!) and gluten-free Pappardelle noodles - yuuuum!

Cream Cheese Alfredo Sauce - Kurt + Dee Pick

This sauce. We cannot describe how tasty this Alfredo sauce but know that we both had seconds and…thirds! We made some healthier food substitutions using no cheese and less than half of the butter listed, and the sauce STILL came out creamy and delicious.

Take it from us, this is a must try!
