Total Contribution to ICAN: $5,400

Did you know 8 out of 10 youths who live in the Downtown Chandler area will be using drugs or alcohol to cope with the harsh realities of the streets?

ICAN is very near and dear to our hearts; we have volunteered at their Health and Wellness Fair for the past three years and it has been nothing short of inspirational. These youths need someone in their corner to teach them real-life skills including goal setting, positive decision making and how to avoid the risky behaviors that are prevalent within the Downtown Chandler community.

  1. $50 provides a month’s worth of supplies to run our community garden at ICAN, where youth learn how to work together as a team and see a project from start to finish

  2. $100 provides a week’s worth of supplies and activities to power ICAN’s academic support and homework help sessions

  3. $200 provides a month’s worth of supplies to deliver our life skills programming after school to 200 youth

Help us to create a world that collaborates on building stronger communities.

NAACP

The NAACP is at the forefront of the movement to build political power and ensure the wellbeing of communities of color. Underscoring the advocacy of our 2,200 local units across the country, we empower our communities to make democracy work for them.

The Bail Project

The Bail Project™ National Revolving Bail Fund is on a mission to combat mass incarceration and reshape the pretrial system in the United States. 100% of online donations are used to bring people home. Since bail money comes back to us when cases close, we're able to recycle every dollar donated at least twice per year.

do if you live in Arizona

Did you know that Arizona has four of the top 10 cities in the United States for officer-involved shootings?

Or that Phoenix PD has a history of aggression and issued a travel advisory for minorities in 2018 in response to police violence in the city?

One way you can start to take action is by checking our Black Lives Matter Phoenix Metro
