Cafe Meso and Proof '19

Cafe MeSo showcases American cuisine with Mediterranean and Southwestern influences. The lobby bar, Proof '19, features more than 30 varieties of tequila and creative craft cocktails. This “true taste of Arizona” is located at the Marriott Phoenix Chandler. 

The restaurant and lobby bar have an elegant ambiance, it exemplifies the spirit of self and community. The dress is casual and it is a great place to connect, eat, and drink. 

Led by Chef Juan Vasquez-Santos, CafeMeSo brings the very best the state has to offer. You can taste the local flavors in every bite of the seared salmon quinoa salad. 

Proof 19, features craft cocktails made with local ingredients like the prickly pear. They combine Tanteo Habanero Tequila and pineapple juice to create the bar’s signature drink, the Javelina. It’s known to have a “Kick and a Kiss”!

Eat guilt free with a chicken chopped salad or indulge in a Roasted Tomato & Basil Flatbread while table side guacamole is being made from a homemade recipe that has been in the chef’s family for a century. 

The staff is charismatic, full of energy, and willing to go the extra mile to provide great service. On a late night, try the Espresso Martini which has a hint of love, luck, and abundance.
